Here is some basic information to guide you in preparation for your attendance in the 36th WFD RSA and the 14th WFD RSA Youth Section Representative Meeting in Yogyakarta from 15 to 18 August 2024.

Delegate's Preparation

    Meet-ups with Youth Campers (15 August 2024 at night)

    Women Group will be held in the 16 August from 15:00 - 17:30 pm before closing ceremony.

    Social Event #2 will be confirmed once we get the confirmation from the Yogyakarta Royal Family.

Registration

  • Registration forms are sent by the WFD RSA via email. Deadline is 31 May 2024 at 23:59 (UTC +7).

  • FREE registration and accommodation fee for:

    • Managing Committee

    • Two Ordinary Members delegates

    • Two Youth Ordinary Members delegates

  • For Observers, there are two categories:

    • Full observers costs USD 300; including all

    • Partial observers costs USD 150; for access to two-day meetings and meals and snacks only

    All observers arrange the transportation by self.

  • Once you arrive, please show your passport and the QR form for registration desk

Visa Information

When you arrive, find the immigration for foreigner and apply Visa on Arrival (VoA), so you need to prepare Rp. 500.000 for paying VoA on the spot after your arrival in the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). No visa requirement for ASEAN countries.

ASEAN non OMs countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam.

Bangladesh, DPR Korea, India, Iran, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.

Arrival Information

    After clear in immigration, you can claim your baggage and fill up the softcopy customs declaration by scanning the QR code standing in the terminal, or you can click this link : ecd.beacukai.go.id/.
    Then, save the QR to scan in the custom clearance.

    Please find the sign as shown below to find us in the exit door on your arrival day, 15 August 2024. There is only one exit door.

    There will have the OC to standby in the exit door of the arrival hall and then we will guide you to ride on the YIA Train Express to the city for 39 minutes.

    After you arrive in the Station Tugu Yogyakarta, you can find us as well using the same sign above and then we will drop you to the meeting venue.

Medical Information

There is a small clinic nearby, but we encourage you to bring your own medicine and health insurance. Since Indonesia is a tropical country, please apply sunscreen with SPF 50+ PA+++ and anti-mosquitos lotion to your face and body. For diet restriction, please state your food allergy in the registration form later.

How to get there by yourself

All transportation can use Indonesian Rupiah cash and credit card.

    Bluebird Taxi, just find taxi in the airport and show them the hotel address. Please be reminded that it excludes tolls price, if any.
